We regard the promotion of women's active participation as a priority item in order to enhance diversity within the company and to strengthen its ability to respond to market changes.



Basic Policy for Active Participation of Women


In addition to creating an employment environment in which women can play an active role, we have formulated an action plan to help women have a sense of challenge, demonstrate their abilities in various fields, and develop their careers, and we are working to improve the internal environment in line with this plan.

Basic Education Policy


Aiming to be a company where all employees, regardless of age or gender, can work cheerfully and energetically with a sense of fulfillment, we have created an environment in which we can provide equal opportunities for the growth of employees, bring out individual potential, and let them show their best abilities through the development of an educational system and the introduction of a job rotation system in which employees gain experience and grow.

* About the “Declaration on Action by a Group of Male Leaders Who Will Create a Society in Which Women Shine”
Following the meeting of the Council for Supporting Women to Shine held at the Prime Minister’s official residence in March, 2014, the “Declaration on Action by a Group of Male Leaders Who Will Create a Society in Which Women Shine” was formulated in June 2014 by male leaders of companies that are actively working to promote women's participation and advancement.
The Declaration on Action is intended to declare that male leaders at the top of organizations or corporations will be “taking actions and sending messages ourselves,” “disrupting the status quo,” and “developing networking” to motivate various women so that they can make the most of their abilities.
The aim of the Declaration is that male leaders who support the Declaration will make concrete efforts in line with the Declaration and thereby expand the circle of efforts to include socially influential male leaders.
